ジェニー姿の深キョン登場

タカラトミーは３０日、着せ替え人形の「ジェニー」を９月１６日からリニューアル発売するのを記念したファッションショー「ジェニーコレクション２０１０」を都内で開催し­た。着せ替え人形市場が低迷する中、同社のトップブランド「リカちゃん」と並ぶブランドの再生を目指し、３年で１０億円規模の売り上げを目標としている。この日のショーに­、ジェニーの衣装と同じ姿で登場したタレントの深田恭子さんは、「小さいころから大好きなジェニーと同じ格好ができて夢のよう。昔は人形の髪を切って怒られたこともあった­けど、今は（つけ毛で）髪を伸ばすこともできてうらやましい」と話していた。
