Happy 2012 all! I hope you like it

Very productive during exams, as usual xd Made my version of zarosian armour. Took a long time to make but that's probably because I've been watching Southpark episodes the entire time.

I've been commenting alot lately, but I am interested in how you got into drawing? And at what age you started being really serious. =P

@MrArcaneRuins I got into drawing around the time I posted my first vid here, so thats around 4 and a half years ago? I started being really serious when I got my first tablet, that's around three years ago ^^ hope this helped :D

very nice! Good eye for detail and colour. (God thank you for making purple and yellow complementary colours)

Personally I would love to see you drawing a background first, before starting detailing out your character. I think you could do wonderful things then to make the drawing more alive than usually.

@MysticDragons Thanks a lot ^^ I was really focused on the design and getting my colors and values right. I learned quite a lot from this drawing, so next time I can try to do a background with it. But yeah, when I do a background I'll probably have do it somewhat gradually together with the character, or I'll have to have a good plan on how the background will look like and affect the character. A mistake I made too often before xD

I WANT A CINTIQ TOO *drooling* getting my first tablet tomorrow, i'm sick of drawing with a 5cm mouse :) although i wont probably get any better than a intuos4 small :(
