robin is a nice guy , nice tennis , a lot of power in his forehand and serve , he needs to win a grand slam .

I agree they should interfere with the serve interval more often..
Rules are rules.
If you measure the time for Nadal and Djokovic (among some others) you'll notice they do not sometimes, but CONSTANTLY break the 20-30 second rule (depends on tournament).
Quite a matter of opinion but I think it's annoying and selfish to take such a long time.
It's almost impossible to get good momentum against these players, cause they constantly kill the rhythm and calm everything down with the 30-40 sec wait
