SLA Enters Puthukkudiyiruppu City 2009 Feb 25

Sri Lanka Army (SLA) has entered the LTTEs last stronghold of Puthukkudiyiruppu city on 25th of Feb 2009. They also managed to capture weapon storage, prison, weapons and suicide vests manufacturing plants and living quarters of high ranking LTTE officials. Troops also found a boat manufacturing facility and the command centre of Sea Tiger leader Soosai, which was destroyed last month by an SLAF air raid.
