@Eeneemon I think the meaning goes something like this:O God, Who art aware of the secrets of my heart, thou art my Friend at the break of every dawn, thou art aware of all my pain and sorrows. A soul that is engaged in your glorification, seeks no secrets but Thine long suffering. The eye that is not crying out to you must be blind. Don’t look at our doings, nay rather look at your greatness and generosity. Grant thou new wings to this broken-wing bird.

This is a Prayer/Poem in the form of Mathnavi and can be chanted in any of persian music "Dastgahs" which include a Mathnavi "Goosheh". Traditionally it is chanted in "Afshri" or "Bayate Tork".
