when you feel happy there are certain chemecials in the brain that are relesead,

scientists can figure out which chemicals make us feel what, and manipulate them

@Leopoldo888 We have a second unit operating in the peruvian Base in Antartica. And experiments in both units are now only for the developement of science. For example, it can be used as a powerful communications medium. This Jicamarca Unit is very powerful and was the biggest in the world, until the construction of the HAARP.

Well, its not haarp cause it doesn't work with the "aurora borealis"... but with a similar force named ecuatorial electro stream, discovered in 1957 by peruvian scientists It's a powerfull electro stream occurring in the peruvian ionosphere. The "other" applications were discovered in the 60's by peruvian Dr. Woodman, and ...yes they have experimented with weather and earthquakes in the 70's when it was taken by the peruvian army. HAARP is a developement of this 1, but way + stronger.

Otto es super elocuente porque si por estos estudiantes hubiera sido, seria una pelicula muda... !!CARAJO...¡¡¡ que no saben hacer preguntas estos cojudos...!!! de donde coño sale la corriente para esta antenita, y quien la paga, como asi se les ocurrio construirla, y pórque coño ahi, que hacen con la puta antena, no me digan que estudian la ionosfera todavia desde 1960... mudos de cerebro no preguntan naaaaa, tanto viaje por las webas
