Compost Shark is Dave Richardson and Sam Mulligan. They were a band when they were in high school. Now they are a band and they are old. This is the second step in their journey to re-record all of their favorite songs and make a new album in 2009.

Episode 2: Arlo's solo and Updates
Dave and Sam are in Colorado Springs and Maine, respectively. Dave has recorded vocals and guitar for a number of Compost Shark faves, and e-mailed the works-in-progress to Sam in Maine. Sam has started adding bass tracks, back-up vocals, and keyboards. Arlo interrupted added some sweet keyboard-trombone. There is a lot of work to be done, but the young lads are well on the way.

First song finished: Judy.

The song heard in this video is called "Soda Can" and is a Dave original for the album!

If you are a Compost Shark fan and you remember the songs from way back, please, recall any fond memories in the comments area of this video, and feel free to make any suggestions. Yes, "Gulden's" will be on it.
