hello, how did you lose the weight before surgery? you and i are about the same weight now. i have to lose 20 lbs before surgery. :( im struggling.

How long did it take you to go from initial consult to surgery? They want me to wait a year and do a diet program with my family doctor before they'll even submit my insurance for approval. I'm so disappointed and discouraged. I want the Sleeve as well.

You're an inspiration. I'm 58, scared to death, and I'm 373lbs. Had my consult with the Dr. for the sleeve procedure on 10/26th. He's asked me to lose at least 10 more lbs. ( I was 394 in May). I'm waiting now for the appt for my pre-op and surgery date. If you type in "Cyn's Quest" you can see the 2 vids I've done. Will make another once I get my dates. Good luck on your journey.

Yeah! Welcome to the losers bench!!! Yes 10 lbs is amazing. Ha! I think we are the only ones that dont know how to upload a photo slideshow. I just want to say congratulations on getting through the hard part. Sounds like you are on track and know what you need. You are doing awesome on the walking, just dont overdue it since you cant eat too many calories. I will stay tuned. Yeah for you!!!
