  • @luckypeachgurl Not a very nice thing to say :( And not every holiday party has to serve a full meal - in fact one of our favorite tips for saving money on any kind of party is having it outside of a meal time so your guests know there will only be apps and snacks - like a saturday or sunday afternoon. Also, we think that gingerbread houses are a great holiday activity that both kids and adults can enjoy :) Thanks for watching!

  • you can save even more money if you buy fruit and make your own fruit tray. You can buy a tray at the dollar store and fruit for less then $10. I do it for parties all the time and save 5-10 dollars that the store would charge for a prepared fruit tray.

  • This is so smart! Do 12 people really need 4 gingerbread houses though? I would trade one in for more cheese! Haha.
