He taught he how to flex my abs differently and after a month or so I started to realize I had the little top layer right underneath the chest....the lower 4 abs of the 6 pack came in first for me for some reason. I'm excited about trying to get my body fat down to a point so I can achieve an 8 pack like him. mine aren't as symmetrical though.
