@ellomirza and theyve built engines that can make 2000 hp from 2 L's but theyre not the factory engines there fully built from scratch so saying something like blah blah blah can make 1200 hp is retarded.
-
I know I'm being obtuse but BMW could get 1,200 horsepower out of a 1.5 liter straight four so no 330 out of 2.0 liters is not A LOT.
-
I am thinking of getting the fq 330. I just have some concerns with the durability of the engine. I mean 330 horsepower from 2 litres is A LOT! How long have you had your evo, have you tuned it and most importantly have you had any problems with it? thanks for your help. Mooseling1.

Evo X's engine is proving itself, obviously.
The chassis is proving to be a very solid racing platform in conjunction with the latest and greatest AWD system and is doing great in time attack.

first of all the evo 8-9 doesnt look anywhere near as aggressive as the X... Second i've watched clips of stock turbo evo x's outrun evo 8-9s... in stock trim the 10 isnt much of a performer... but once u tune the ecu n get the exhaust n intake setup... you'll be well surprised of the difference in power n performance... The all new aluminum block (4B11t) is slowly proving itself to be on par with the 4G63... And i do own a apex silver 05 evo 8 mr...

yea ur rite, Yes from USA. I almost forgot about the 6. Yeah thats a great ride also.. I think Top Gear even said that was there favorite. They made it more mild evo 7 to 10.
if the tranny is unchanged they didn't build up power much. those double clucth paddle gearbox won't much extra power. maybe i'm mistaken, but i bet evo ix and viii can push better numbers.

The double clutch SST gearbox is only an option. You can still have your X with a standard and rather sturdy 5 speed tranny.

On their last dyno run (not sure if it's this one)the Evo made 87awhp over stock baseline and peaked at 323awhp. All this was achieved with only simple bolt-ons.
