@soukelo The updates show nothing has changed since November 09 till now?
Either way the chances are this building remaining half empty for a long time is pretty high.
Also construction in Dubai is far from resumed and back to normal.

this is just a drawing or cartoon...so what? Dubai has run out of money so i doubt this will ever be built. Look at all the videos here on youtube about Dubai...it's mostly cartoons of buildings that don't exist....I can make a cartoon showing a building going to the moon...so what? is it real?
