We all owe it to the drivers to stand in safe areas, I know we are so much better now than 10-15 years ago but please anyone who follows the sport give the drivers a chance.
How bad must a crew feel when they know someone is hurt. I was standing at a different hairpin and the marshals allowed press to stand on the inside of a corner, they were very lucky on 3-4 occasions. Again at this hairpin spectators are allowed to stand on the down hill side of the road??? Stupid is as Stupid does!

never good to see spectators being hurt but lets hope this highlights the dangers of standing in stupid places.
