Best View for lightning bugs - dark room, clip up to full screen. Heat lightning best when viewed small screen. For every lightning bug flash you see, there are several dozen too faint for the camera to pick up. The human eye sees SO much more than a camera and the You Tube upload process degraded it quite a bit. You can barely even see the bat that flies across the center left of the screen during the lightning portion of the clip!

  • Lightning bugs are best viewed in a dark room with clip on full screen view. For every flash you see, there are several dozen you can't - too faint for the camera to pick up. Heat lightning is more dramatic when viewed small screen.
