Did you implement the closed loop in that? My idea is that the width of square wave should increase, when there is a increase in load (light bulb ON). But instead, the voltage of square wave falls. Am I right?

@Debraj1978 yup i have implemented voltage feedback Loop in it, no the width of square would remain constant if it change the frequency will change,
the variation in output is due to a small Battery 12v, 7AH
