Progressivism stresses the equality of all people, greater democratic representation, and exposing and fixing corruption. Fascism is anti-democratic, pro-business and ultra-nationalistic (i.e. all people are not equal; my people are better than yours). They are complete opposite ideologies! Everyone knows that in Nazi-occupied Europe, the progressives (especially the Communists) were the ones who filled the ranks of the Resistance. I'm sure that the reason Beck fetishizes death camps and fascism is because he secretly wants the unlimted power of a fascist dictator. You know exactly what he would do to Acorn and Nancy Pelosi if he were ever given power. He doesn't mind secret FEMA death camps, just so long as he is running them and he gets to decide who gets rounded up. These programs are nothing but a window into his sick soul.

@Born2Ready Racism? Sexism? Fascist?  How so? I see this all the time. Look back through American history--progressives are responsible for government approved racism. Who was responsible for the Japanes internment camps? Who was responsible for accepted violence against German-Americans back in the early 20th century. Who re-segregated the military? Who Kicked out all of the black politicians in Washington? It wasn't a Conservative.

but its clearly not enuff competition to insure the American people remain free and independent , its not about being left or right !
