  • how the fck do you develop the strength nd balance? XD any starting tips? eg . is it just body weight workouts till you get to that stage?

  • @PureRemix Just be consistant in doing your pull ups the correct way, No swinging, break the L in the elbow and chin over the bar and you will see your overall strength and balance improve, but you have to be consistant in your work out.

  • @rmsolympic1 The L refers to the shape your arm makes half way through a pull up (90 degree angle).

  • Thanks, is there any other alternative workout for pull ups? to build up the strength for pull ups perhaps? which is with your own body weight and doesn't need any gym equipment. Thanks Again!!!
