if you want the recipie (which i doubt you do unless you're just as stupid as i am)
there was no formal recipie, i put 2 eggs in, lots of plain flour, some sugar and som coca powder

@davericard if you saw it before i was about to put it in the microwave you wouldn't have cooked it either

@marshmallowbabys i did try it and it came out fine. you just need to cook it, it may look soupy but it looks and tastes great after :)
