The kettlebell clean and jerk is an outstanding strength and conditioning exercise. It works the whole body as a collective unit which translates to a large metabolic response and greater calories burned.

The supporting of the weight over head assists with the development of core strength.

When performed for high repetition sets, this exercise can be brutally hard, but at the same time delivering fantastic results!
