It was a high-profile and tragic death when just a few months ago, a 15 year old Aborigine boy hanged himself in a juvenile detention centre. The death of this youth sparked an international backlash, as the Northern Territory's laws on mandatory sentencing of Aborigines came under harsh scrutiny. And the relationship between Aborigines and white Australians became even more strained than before, spawning rumours of plans to sabotage this year's Olympics in Sydney.

In Europe, many of us are aware of some of the problems, their history and the abuses of past australian governments on the aboriginal australians.

That "ugly Monkey looking woman", is a survivor of one of the most ancient cultures of our earth. She does not eat her meat and three veg , she does not do the pilates and the beauty regime, she probably does not even own a mirror. She lives off the land in a country where the summers are hot and wet and the winters are cold and dry. She probably cannot read this and although she would survive long after you perished in these conditions, her life expectancy is around 2/3 rds of yours. Please!??

@veedub447 Ok, well I would really like to see a few of these experiments. Could you post a link or two? Sorry for pressing so much, but if there are peer reviewed studies that confirm your argument I will gladly accept your position. These studies would have to regard how much of intelligence is hereditary and the effect of race. Also, thank you for keeping this civil. So many people on youtube make discussions turn into outright profanity.

@jgonsalk with all due respect and perhaps we will just have to disagree on this issue but racial differences exist even when social economic conditions are accounted for.The studies and tests have been done over and over with the same results every time. The facts are clear that IQ is mostly (although not all) hereditary, and therefor there are differences among groups (race perhaps is not the best term) that share similar genetics.

@veedub447 Sydney University. There have been proponents of racial differences, especially in the first half of last century. However, subsequent research led these to be for the most part refuted. When socio-economic factors were taken into consideration, the differences were attributed to living conditions (diet etc) and access to education. Intelligence, insofar as can be measured, is usually attributed in equal parts to nature and nurture.

@jgonsalk I don't know where you studied psychology but that there are significant difference in IQ between races is not even disputed by the mainstream of the profession, beginning with work done by Sir Francis Galton in 1859, to Karl Pearson, Spearman, Carl C Brigham, Lewis Terman, David Wachsler, Arthur Jensen, William Shockley, Richard Herrnstein, Leon Kamin, Oliver Gillie. just to name a few.

@veedub447 If you are going to make such claims, leave some references. I studied psychology and there is no evidence of significant disparities in mental abilities due to race. There are certain skills that are more common to certain groups, but these tend to even out statistics. Also, 64 would make them all seriously mentally handicapped. I think this is close to impossible.
