@tgomes32 Nick Cerio was a student of William Chow, who was one of Mitose's BB. Cerio is gone, but his schools are around in RI.

Senses...can u post some videos explaining your triangle theory and caging principle. Also some more drills too. I am really interested in kosho thu. Had a terrific opportunity to take a class taught by Senses Mike Brown. However no one teaches this style around the RI area. I am interested in your teachings please continue posting your videos and your classes. Thanks

I have owned thousands of dollars worth of books, tapes, and dvds since I began learning, studying, and practicing martial arts under the amazing Mr. John Korab. Over the years, I have given most of them to individuals who aren't able to take lessons. Mr. Driscoll's dvds and books are among the one's I will keep till my death. They are among some of the best instructional videos on the market. If you want an old man's advice, find a Kosho Ryu Kempo School and get Jeff's dvds and books.
