cept asbestos does not harm you if you eat/drink it, in fact the average drinking water contains i believe 1000000 asbestos fibres per litre... only breathing it and that at large concentrations (most regular air around us contains i think it is .001 fibres per cubic metre of asbestos) is harmful... gotta love the asbestos courses for work :D
