Always remember to stretch out your wrists, tendons aren't made to bend that far!

great video again dude.. this might seem like a random question but what make are your trousers? been looking for a nice pair like that. also I'm a big fan of "reverse grip" or pseudo-planche push-ups, great for an extra challenge but hard on the wrists for some.
