They won't be wild. If you let a cat or dog have babies, you don't have to hand raise them. Same with domesticated house birds.

@kingdomhearts39 well i just got a budgie and shes only 2 years old but i think shes sick cus she keeps breathing really fast like she can't breath or anything i don't know whats going on with that i think its cus of my dogs or cat

@sarah123403 hi! i have a budgie/parakeet (cuz they basically the same thing)

1. Yes they do bite. They bite for reasons if they scared or stuff like that.

2. you play with them and watch them and basically anyting else you would do with an animal.

3.YES! you can give them toys and teach them tricks and cool things like that.

4.hmmmm They can live for 14 years but sadly most parakeets dont make it that long

5. yes but hold your finger like a perch and they can talk too! mine does!good luck
