SHELBY!! NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Frankly, I have my doubts that the shark killed poor Shelby. His corpse looked like it had been skinned rather than eaten; most of the "meat" was still there. Was one of the Predator creatures spotted in the area?
Or maybe Shelby was murdered by gangsters. Based on the poor quality of his fake identification and credit cards, he was clearly involved with some low-level underworld types.
Shelby's in damn good shape for an irresponsible drunkard.

Did anyone put together a collection for his girlfriend/wife? I mean, her 'ol man done got skinned by a big fish. Maybe we all need to get together and get something going for her. I bet she is starting to smell bad and stuff.

@ITSSTEVE127 The best part was when that teen pushed the girl against the glass who was screaming at his body.

he's actually a bodybuilder in real life

@aaronoman Good point. And I'll go one step further. I think Shelby double-crossed the two thieves and sprayed their raft with some sort of shark-attracting substance. That's the only explanation for the shark finding those two guys and then also deciding to eat their raft. Or, if there was no shark at all, Shelby could have sent his own group of chainsaw-wielding thugs after them. Shelby was such a complex man that anything is possible.

@jksonny I'll bet he was secretly involved with those two thieves who tried to sneak into the park late at night on the raft! Yeah, Shelby was no doubt the inside man; The Dennis Nedry of Seaworld 1983.

@beerdogfood LMAO..that was good stuff man..between the editing and the "mood setting" music it was a fitting tribute to the short lived 'atleast in the movie' life of mike brody's #1 subordinate..and i dont give 2 shits what ANYONE say's..jaws 3 is the best of the series!

I think it would have been kind of cool if Roy Scheider and Richard Dreyfuss could have made cameos in this movie as Chief Brody and Hooper, and maybe even Lorraine Gary as Ellen Brody, that would have been neat to have them in the movie.

It is so easy these days for internet junkies to idolize a stereotypical character who knowbody even put effort into making.

@aaronoman It's the instrumental of "If There Was A Man" from the James Bond movie Living Daylights.
