I don't know, but it just didn't click for me, it looks far better than todays windows 6.1, but... maybe it's the colour.

It's Probably The Color Is Close To That Of "Windows Default", that featured in WM5 and was carried in the background though 6.1 but now its back, if you look closely you see the "start button" in the bottom center of the screen and the existing sliding panel interface form WinMo 6.1 std and 6.5 professional and up.
