http://2008.airsafe.org - On December 20, 2008, the aircraft departed the left side of runway 34R during takeoff from Denver International Airport. The scheduled, domestic passenger flight was en route to Houston. There were 83 occupants in the aircraft, and 32 were injured, five seriously. The aircraft was substantially damaged and experienced a post-crash fire, which was located on the right side of the aircraft.

that is scary i was just landing there a few weeks before the monday before thanksgiving 2008 and left december 2 on continental. this i scary (it was in denver)

dont be scared of airplanes, scientists say if you flew on an airplane everyday for 32,000 years you might have crashed once
i fly all of the time and it is safer than riding a car
by the way pilots are very well trained, its SO unlikely for this to hapen!
