Lovely! I still can't do the single crochet foundation thing though...I keep trying and it keeps looking bad. Oh we'll maybe someday.

Keep practicing and you will get the foundation stitch. You can also use a regular chain instead of the foundation stitch. That way you can go ahead and complete the headband.
