@rockerdude11000 autoload and run a program on the USB. You can have an info stealer yank information like passwords off the victims computer and save the files on the USB...no need to be at the victim computer for too long.

@Fall0utPaint enable file extensions for known files. if you have win7/vista hit the windows key and search for "extensions" or "show hidden files', and click the number one thing. it will open a window, untcik the checkbox that says hide file extensions. This way you can change file extensions to your hearts desire.
