Use of Pathos, Ethos, and Logos

Pathos: The beginning showing the girl playing with her teddy bear creates a peaceful and happy scene in the eyes of the veiwers. The happy expressions of the girl when she is playing with her bear creates a strong emotional bond between the two and creates a feeling of happiness. When she leaves the bear on the swing the connection between the bear and the girl is severed and the bear is left alone to seemingly perish. This creates a feeling of sadness that "tugs at the hearts" of those watching.

Logos:
The speaker in 3 out of 5 stuffed animals never make it home from a playdate. This presents a logical fact that is clearly expressed to the audience.

Ethos:
the company "Toy Shelters for America" was mentioned at the end of the video as the sponsor. This shows that a seemingly well rounded organization made this video and therefore it creates credibility.
