"Do Innovations Really Pay Off?" is a talk by Gerard J. Tellis, a specialist in innovation, global strategy, market entry, new product growth, advertising, promotion and pricing.

Tellis is director of the USC Center for Global Innovation, holder of the University of Southern California's Jerry and Nancy Neely Chair in American Enterprise, and a professor of marketing at the USC Marshall School of Business. He has published more than 100 articles and four books.

His lecture was part of the 12th annual USC Distinguished Speaker Series, presented at the USC Orange County Center by the USC Alumni Association, the USC Emeriti Center College and the USC Alumni Club of Newport-Irvine on March 31, 2010.
