From a German Release of the album "Got Live If You Want It". This album sounds like it was either edited or mixed differently than other releases of "Live". Isolating either channel when listening in stereo, the right channel seems to feature the singing while left channel features the screaming fans. Some parts of this album also sound different or have tracks transitioning differently than on the US release.
My turntable is a Dual 604 Electronic Direct Drive.
check out the compact disc and the ep of the same name and the GIMME SHELTER import album.

i read somewhere that album in the UK was only an EP, unless this is the GIMME SHELTER comp, hopefully the stereo version you got all the channels. I read this was a 3 track mix (vocals, crowd sounds & the band) I have the MONO pressing. plus the stereo version, plus stereo import plus the completley different EP and the GIMME SHELTER Comp. maybe it was released in germany but later ect...

the stereo mix from "GOT LIVE IF YOU WANT IT" the MONO tapes are VERY MUDDY, but still great to hear. even though this is a NOT ROYAL ALBERT HALL, but even 2 songs are studio outtakes with audience overdubs
then there is the original stereo and mono mix THE COMPACT DISC IS COMPLETLEY DIFFERENT!!! at least in america!!!
