I live in Raleigh,nc. I born a deaf. He look like a dumber on the traffic. It's can't a professional traffic. This man can going to judge in the court house. My dad a court of appeal judge. But Don't trying at home. A man not know how the police business. Police can got ticket customer person do not help on traffic. Let it people respectability a watch out the traffic driver.
