@fubecabr I had 7 contacts from the Members mainly via phone I ignored them but I did have a home teacher come to the door. Somehow I assumed they did not know about the resigination as the Bishop did not tell them.

My normal response to "I no da cherrch iz twooo" is, "I don't know of another cult or religion that is more ridiculous and more easily disproved than LDS Inc. Scientology comes close, Thetans are almost as ridiculous as Nephites."

How long did it take you to get out as I sent a letter and now I am in process of threatening them for disobeying the request of the previous letter.
Resign by Email dodgegw@ldschurch(dot)org its quicker and easier

Well, that was about 4 years ago; but I remember them basically disregarding my first letter except for sending some senior missionaries to my house. I sent them a second, certified letter,, threatening a lawsuit and going to the media and they moved quickly on that. I think within a week of that, I got confirmation of my being supposedly removed from their records.
