  • @Baseshocks i live in montreal, the home of the canadian pacifist. It's an understanble position, most people equate militairy hardware to war. Being a warmonger dosent get a country very far. On the other hand, building up a militairy is like an individule working to build muscle. Does not mean he's going to punch the next person on the street.

  • @TheSpyro94 I am a enthusiast and have read up enough on subs to understand their importance. It takes a combined effort of a fleet of ships to hunt one sub.. one sub can stop aircraft carrier groups. The cost, manning and maintenance of one sub far out weights the amount of surface ships it can put in disarray just by its presence. I also live in Toronto, a good many people here are idiots when it comes to military purchases, they just want the cheapest of whats on the market..

  • @Baseshocks whats your intrest in the navy, are u a member or just an inthusiast.

  • @TheSpyro94 Think about what happened to the forces in the 90's... the majority of people do not give a shit aka hippies.

I agree with you on the majority government thing.

  • @Baseshocks I dont really believe that "hippie vote" argument. If those bleeding hearts really informed them selves on the state of Canada's navy, they would not be too proud.

Besides, a goverment with a majority could set such a project in motion.

  • @TheSpyro94 the voters would not support the billions it takes to create a sub. Australia had huge issues with their subs when they started building them.

We could but the hippie voters would not allow it.

  • @Baseshocks If small european contries can have domesticly built navys, why can't Canada?

  • @coolnad my brain tells me not too believe, but my gut says YES! Frontnac, know thats a name I can get behind.

  • @TheSpyro94 designing and building a sub is in a whole new league then building a ship. But i do agree the subs are a fucking joke... fuck the liberals in their piece of shit buy. If we were going non nuke then why did they not buy the German or Swedish subs with AIP.....

  • @coolnad BAHAHAHA! Didn't you just accuse me of being a "FAG" and a Navy man in another video? No, I'm not in the navy or gay. But you claim to be in the navy. So, if Navy=Gay, is there something you're not admitting to yourself?
