my aunt used to be amish before she married my uncle. they dont care if u take pictures. u just cant give the kids cameras or anything like that. and they love high school musical. they watch it every time they babysit someone who isn't amish

you shouldnt video tape or take pictures of them! because its aginst their religion to be photographed. and to answer those who say why would they live like that. well when you are raised that way you know no other way. so you arn't wanting a cell phone at 10 or having sex at 12. you arn't wanting to watch your shows on tv, or check your facebook on a computer. they are raised to respect, and obey their parents and elders. to treat people good and love them no matter what.
