hi, i've been playing the french horn for over ... well let me think ... since i'm 8 and that makes more than 13 years right now. although it's boring keep on playing etudes and stuff. i first played kv447 after 6 years of heavy practise and looking back I have to thank my horn teacher for that. all the kind of things that makes the "romance" so romantic can't be done in 18 months ;). so carry on practising breathing/intonation/technics. and at last you can spend all your effort in intepretation

dunno why this comment got a minus... interfilly is absolutely right. breathing, itnonation and technique are very important aspects of horn playing, not to mention support from the diaphragm. this person gave some good constructive criticism and they get a minus?
