  • Thank you. Others have done this song but none compare to the way Dorsey Burnette sang it. Another song that I enjoy as much as this is "The Last Thing on My Mind", And only Jose Faliciano makes it unforgettable.

  • I'm a fan of both Johnny and Dorsey!

  • I'm a big fan of Dorsey Burnette. This is another example of extremely fine singing. His music will be around while others are gone by the wayside.

  • I got to see him do this live, at a strange venue - Robinson 's Corners in Northern California ( years ago, naturally). Also at the same place, different time, the Fendermen, doing Muleskinner's Blues. A lot of popular performers at R-C, for some reason, until the old wooden building burned down.

Any other (well-seasoned) people out there remember Robinson's Corners, by Biggs, Ca.?

  • Genial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
