Using PLASTIC IN the microwave is not healthy!
Plastic has many dangerous chemicals that are realised when heated! Try to use glass when using microwave! Also when cooking use wood spoons.

Awesome less irritants for the skin!!!

Awesome information, we have to be careful because of skin irritations on our soaps. I found that Mabel aka Deborah Dolen's soaps do not have as many irritants.

Just starting out soap making, so this is a good basis for me.

I was disappointed the video didn't finish with the recipe... here is a recipe I found on the net.
Cold Cream Soap • 4 oz. Castile soap • 2 tsp Cold Cream • 10 drops fragrance oil • 1 drop coloring (optional)
Melt soap, then add cold cream and stir gently until well blended. Remove from heat. Add fragrance and color. Pour into mold.

can you show how to make natural shampoo bar soap
You can use a large Pyrex Glass Measuring Cup. It pours easy. But do watch the soap because it can steam over quickly. I heat to almost melted and stir it liquid after I take it out. ~Mabel
