This Tutorial is about making an earth friendly Plastic bag holder for recycling your supermarket plastic bags. In this tutorial I show how to thread elastic through casing and point out some of the more basic techniques like finger pressing fabric and adding on an extra 1/4 to 3/4 of an inch to any pattern you make for room to sew (seam allowance).

  • Oh wow I wanna sew too.. using sewing machine.. I never used one though i sew for ages..lol.. I would like to ask if u can make a video for gathered sewing too... which uses elastic thread...I really wanna make blouses and dresses like that too... Please...

  • I posted the last few steps in making this bag on my most recent video if you go to my channel you'll see it. The easiest way to gather is to insert elastic through casing, in the same way I did the ribbon.
