NYSUT Higher Edu Member of the Year - Jane Young

New York State United Teachers Higher Education Member of the Year 2007 - Jane Young.

Jane Young has a M.A. from Harvard and a Ph.D. from New York University. She is chair of the PSC chapter at BMCC. In addition, she has published numerous articles on social and educational issues in such publications as New York magazine and The Village Voice, and is author of the book, D.H. Lawrence on Screen. She teaches a course in fiction and film, as well as writing courses at BMCC.
