The first consideration is to establish if Grey aliens exist. If so, if they are hostile. If so, are they technological superior.
Supposing the suggested "revelations" are credible, these beings are hostile because they need human DNA like humans need food. As they are said to be able to cross time space boundaries, they are also superior. Maybe they could account for a massive portion of missing people all across the world.
They could be farming us, cold bloodedly farming for all we know.
