The Chi-West gang, named after their original corner or Chicago and Western controlled the area of the Chicago Ukrainian Village prior to all the gentrication. Chi-West, Like the Jokers and the Hirsh Street Lords, were among the first gangs to form in that area of Chicago. They became noticed nationwide when their president, Jack "The Jew" was featured on America's Most Wanted in the 1980's. They were known to collect rival gang sweaters as you will see in this video. Most of these photos were taken in the early 1970's.

first of all ukranian village sucks and so do gangsters. No need to romanticize their lifestyle, there is nothing but death there. Money doesn't mean shit if you have to look over your back constantly there is nothing desirable about that. 3/5 of the people in those pictures are probably dead and the rest locked up even though they look like they're in their 20s in those photos.

@wompasdub I am not Chi-West, but I keep hearing what a great area Ukranian Village is today? I did the video for my website because they were a mob in the area. I guess one of them would be able to give you more insight. Thanks for the comments and reviewing the video.
