He's the Goddamn Batman, he just has to glare at the storm and the lighting bolts will arc around him to appropriately show his awesomeness.

That is the only logical explanation and I challenge ANYONE to prove me wrong!

AHHHH back when cartoons were still good and worth Waching! this was my fav. next to Gargoyles!! cartoons today suck ass! the only one worth watching is Metalcolypse aKa Dethklok! LOL! i come on you tube just to find old cartoons man...and what sux is some of the old ones tey remake, but totally Fuck it all up! like the new batmans, or TMNT! hell i remember the new he-man, that was alright, but kids today are so used to bullshit, they never saw he-man so all they saw was a dude in underwear..
