Hi Doctor Cathy, I´ve exercised the entire pregnancy with you, thanks! I have now a question for you, 10 days ago I had my baby, but I had a c section, when can I start exercising? and what kind of exercise should i do?

@SilBarreiroFal Congrats! It's important to spend these precious first few weeks with your baby...they grow and change so fast. Enjoy each and every moment and you should be able to join me again at 8 weeks postpartum. Let your body rest and take care of that little angel!
