Don't skip your weaknesses! Train and train again, so that you have an overall, balanced body and/or exercise. Do NOT quit on back levers! Nice routine though... Keep up!
Nice routine. After having practised the muscle up and forward roll to support for quite a while, I will give linking them the way you do a go. That should break up the monotony a bit. Can do the 360 degrees pulls, but my back levers are the worst in the world so I will skip them. :-)
