I heard about this crime back in 2009; The 16 year old was charged as an adult and the 14 year old was charged as a juvenile. Neither of them were charged as a hate crime and not even murder. They have been charged with manslaughter, assault and reckless endangerment. Both of them are in separate juvenile facilities currently awaiting trial.

First off; why was no mention of a hate crime or racially motivated violence? These blacks; gang affiliated or not; searched out a white victim and knew exactly where to find one; ie: a mostly white suburbia, the Maryland suburb of said attack. These black youths are probably overflow from the government housing projects in or near Wash, D.C. These whites better wake up and stop playing nice nice with these non-whites.
