This is true - logic decreates creativity;) Also this is why people dont come up with innovative ideas when they are in stressful and intense situations - our mind shuts down the creative part of our brain, to resolve the problem logically :)

ok this guy looks like an evangelical preacher. starts out sounding the opposite, then makes you think he's going to be a lot like a preacher when he says 'logic gets in the way'. well, i think i should help clarify that, and that is to say that logic puts framework to emotion. too much framework blocks emotion, but too much emotion without framework just doesn't make sense. thinking critically should be the usual goal of life, but to let it play a bit if you want to get creative.
