This is the song "One Button at a Time" from the Academy for New Musical Theatre mini-musical "Cain and Abel: the Naked Truth." Music by Madley Katarungan, Book by Myrna Emata, Lyrics by Kellen Blair.

In this scene Trudy tries to convince her fiance, mayor Abel, that he can overcome his fear of nakedness if he takes it just one button at a time.

Though the law forbids it, would it really be a crime?

Abel, what's the matter?
It isn't gonna hurt.

What's the point of hiding while your body's in its prime?
Loosen up and take it just... one button at a time.

Trudy: We'll take baby steps.

Abel: (WHEEZE and WHEEZE and) System crashing.

Trudy: Just a glimpse of shoulder?

Abel: (WHEEZE and WHEEZE and) Body shaking.

Trudy: One little kneecap?

Abel: (WHEEZE and WHEEZE and) Visions flashing.
