Beginning a tour of the Hancock Building
The John Hancock Building, designed by architect Bruce Graham and structural engineer Fazlur Khan, is an iconic presence in Chicago.

Prudential Rubloff's Francesca Rose, a Streeterville expert, re-introduced me to the building with a tour of the common areas and a high-floor unit.

In this part of our tour we meet in the street-level lobby and check out the view from the 44th floor mezzanine lobby. The residences at the Hancock start above this level.

  • @inzeo1984 It's a high rent area or high priced area to buy in. I guess it depends on how much money one has. Half a million dollars is nothing to a some people, when others will never see that kind of money in their lifetime. It's all relevant.

  • Love that you got Wendall the doorman, a very sweet man.

  • I wish I could afford to live in the Hancock building! If I ever won the lottery, maybe then :)
